Tradition

As a former purveyor by appointment to the Emperor and King, and as a tradition-conscious family business, we feel ourselves bound to the high principles upon which this house was established in 1814.

Both as a producer and wholesaler, Michelsen exclusively supplies luxury shops with the finest specialities, still made to this day, traditonally, according to homemade recipes set-down long ago.

Handmade finishing

L.W.C. Michelsen, manufacturer of the finest specialities exclusively offers the best culinary products from carefully selected producers or from our own traditional manufacture. Even today the selectest products are finished with the greatest care, using only the best ingredients.
