A variety of more than 30 kinds of honey are imported from all over the world for our customers. Since honey is sensitive to the heat, our varieties are carefully stirred, and only lightly warmed when put into jars, keeping the valuable ingredients safe. Honey is composed of up to 200 different ingredients, and each type of honey can differ greatly, depending on its composition.

Variety In Many SizesNext to our classic 250 gram glass size, we are also able to offer our successful assortment of honeys in two smaller sizes. Here you will find “Leatherwood” honey, so-named because of its origin, in the upper reaches of Tasmania’s evergreen Leather tree. There is also the much-loved Klee-rapeseed honey, which boasts its own special aroma, due to the mild sea climate of Schleswig-Holstein. |
